I have a shovel in each wagon and a chain. I also keep a blanket, bottled water and some granola bars in the rear compartment of both wagons, ya just never know. My boss lives beside the restaurant where the wife works. I work for the him and my wife works for his wife, who runs the restaurant. They are also our best friends. So if I have an issues, just give Vince a call and he has a choice of 4 things that can get me out. A beater 92 Toyota 4x4, 1/2 ton 97 GMC pickup with plow, 98 GMC Suburban with plow, 86 GMC 10 ton dump with plow and salt spreader or a John Deer tractor with backhoe and bucket loader. I am in good hands if I have any issues, he is just a call away. If I do end up in the ditch or stuck, it will be my very first time in my 20 years of driving. I always knock on wood(paneling) when I get in the Roadies, just for good luck.

I love seeing snow. Pictures from all over the place with tons of the white stuff. I send them back pictures of my green grass and from time to time have felt compelled to phone them with my riding mower idling in the back ground, or when tooling over to a buddies in the '57.

I wonder why I get hate mail sometimes..........

I am fortunate that the timing belt isn't on it yet and my Dakota was parked under a tree so no Florida snow on it.

Way back when I lived in J-ville we had snow in Feb. 77 and in 78. It also snowed in Puerto Rico in 77 along with everything in between.

 

Ours is melting. We started off at -20C (-5F) this morning and going up to +3C (35F) tommorrow morning and for almost the whole week! Its gonna be one big skating rink for the next few days.
