thats because 96's are the shizzzle!
actually its because the 96's were the lowest production numbers.

actually mike those are american racing wheels...they make a chevy centercap for them. .....unless the guy actually found a set of 60's rallys that fit!

whats wrong with the stereo mike? what is it not doing?

Well, A1....there IS a plug thing coming out from under the front seat that probably plugs in somewhere. I think the owner mentioned that it kills the batt if the system is left connected. I will check it out next time I go to the car.
I turn on the radio and all I get are the front speakers....no fade, no balance no nothing except front speaker sound. Don't have a CD to try...LOL. I will look and see about that plug thingy.

Yup....I love those wheels, Griz. If my wagon came with stock wheels that's what I would have bought for it. But....I like the wheels that are on it better. I really do.
Yeah, A1...the center cap is GM.

Wish I was there Mike, I could have that system rockin in not time at all. I used to build custom competition systems for DB Drags at the aftermarket shop I used to work at.

Yeah, Blackie....I TOLD Amp not to use my wife's pic.
Ah....that music thing doesn't bother me. I'm sure it's something simple. I know NOTHING about these stereos. Now....if the owner swiped something outta there......THEN I have a problem with it. But he has a bigger one. :yup:

You mean, GASP, there is no Cassette player? OMG, what will I ever do if I buy something new(er) with all my cassettes? It only takes those things people hang from trees to scare off birds?

hmm mike ...that "plug thingy" is probably the power source for the rear ....probably why your only getting rear sound. ...is there a best buy near you?
you could go there and they(the installation dept) could give you a quick run down on how to use the system. what make is the head unit. i would start by getting a manual for the head unit,
i bet it really isnt complicated its just some of the newer units are hard to figure out.

if you tune the settings just right, those kicker L7's will give you movie theater sound.

Well, A1...my bet is that the plug just goes somewhere and all will be well.
