So here we are......

Yep.....Silverfox and I are chillin drinking beer at Quaker Steak and Lube Colerain OH......waiting for the new puchase of the wagon for silverfox....

Apparently the guy is being a pain in the A$$ and making us wait till 5pm to pick the thing up....I mean he only flew in at 11am this morning.....

So I guess talking cars is going to have to do until we can pick it up....here are some teaser pics for you guys till then!

We would be taking better pics....BUT it has been raining since 10am....FML!

Oh well ....enjoy for now!

Ampy-thanks so much for the update. We've all been anxiously awaiting the outcome. So far, so good it seems.
Looks like a pretty cool place to be hanging out. With a welcoming committee like those two, SF may decide to not go home!!

 

Here I had Mike pictured in my head as an old guy with a cane, not a snazzy lookin fella with 2 cuties holding him up. What a player! LMAO

That's funny because he though I was young. Not the "older" guy that I am.

 

I think they're hanging out with him because they've heard what a gorgeous Caprice wagon he owns.

 

...gonna half to call the wagon...'Big Pimpin"...

 

He did own a "dancing" club or two in LA back in the day.

 

i had mike figured as older...in his 60s i never imagine him as crochity,
but, i certain wasn't picturing Stan Lee!

 

Yeah been a good fun day, you could tell he was stressed about the whole deal, but he just left on his way back north....wish him good travels, I was going to take some better pics, but with the weather and darkness, just did not allow anything decent....I am sure he will be cleaning and posting pics soon!

 

I'm tremendously happy for him. It's been a long search to get just the right car.:dancingparty:

Did he bring a wad of $ 1 bills with him??? That bad boy...out-a-town an canoodlin' while were all wishing bad things on the OHi guy (read the posts).
Good to know he hasn't totally lost out...
When he runs out of ones...ship his A$$ back to Wis...(tourism is good for everyone- septin' the tourist, hard-on-the-wallet...don'tchaknow !!!) Don't think they allow that kind of thing in Wis.!!!
