Its a looker, to bad its black (or thank God!) I will never be tempted to buy a black car, they do look good when cleaned up though.
Also for me the honeycomb wheels would have to go, they look good but are soooooo heavy they effect the handling of the car, also when the plastic coating starts to crack, like it is on one of this cars wheels, they are very expensive to restore. I removed the Honeycombs on my 72 T/A, and replaced them with 15" Rally 2 wheels (also not a light wheel, but noticeably lighter than the Honeycombs) And replaced the stock tires with a set of performance radials, the handling difference was remarkable.

100% this right here. I love the looks of the honeycomb wheels, but they just aren't for performance cars and they all start to fall apart in the last 10-15 years.

I do feel bad for this 455. 10MPG and 200HP at best.

I used to get 14-15mpg Highway with mid 70's 455's in GP's & Firebird's. But that was with a cam change and usually a set of 350 6X heads to up the compression from 7.5 to 9.5, it was always worth effort. Usually a Performer intake, and richen up the primaries on the Q-jet and they ran great, probably picked up 30-40HP. Now add duel exhaust and you get another 5-10HP and much better sound. I had a few 73-76 GP's as DD's in the 1980's. They were already starting to rust away after 4-5 Michigan winters so there was no saving them long term.
But they made very nice drivers, Bolt on a Quick ratio steering box and 1 1/4" front sway bar from a late 70's T/A and with a decent set of tires you now have a really nice driver. That handles like a Late 70's T/A. I surprised quite a few 5.0 Mustangs in them. Even beat a few of them stop light to stop light.
