    Description
    Needs paint and woodgrain but I like it! If I hadn't just bought two cars I'd be looking at it.

    Yeah…never understood why GM let the wagons languish the way they did. They had the means to give them more power. At least the sedans got fuel injected in 89…and ford injected their wagons even before that.

    ALL of GM's money and development funding was going into the FWD platform, to the tune of over a billion dollars, using the 4 cylinder and 3800 series of engines. They genuinely thought that v8s were going away outside of limited applications. Their v8 engines after 1977-1978 never really had any power until the LT series and then the LS, you did get some TBI stuff on 350s around 1992-1993 that got things up to over 200HP.

    The 305 and 307 v8s were ancient technology, but they were paid for so...
