    Beautiful car. Just like the one we had growing up except ours was blue. He says 305, but I think it is the 307? Hard to tell from the pics, but I thought the SBC had the A/C compressor on the other side.

    You're right. The Olds has the alternator driver side, compressor passenger side.

    That's a 307, you just can't see the oil filler neck because of the heater hose in the way. That upper radiator molded hose with plastic clip to hold it in place out of the fan is definitely this vintage Olds 307.

    Well her husband had a ‘54 Star Chief and that pesky electric back window never did seem like it worked right. Crankers ever since.
