1972 Citroen ID21F on BAT - Abbotsford, BC

I seem to be noticing Citroens for sale lately. Not really looking for them intentionally.

This is a fine-looking example of the Citroen wagon. Located in Beautiful British Columbia.

Other than the color I kinda like this one! Only bid up to $14,000 with a day left to go. I also like it has the European swiveling headlights added to it! I always thought that was a Kool feature of these models, but was not legal to sell that was in the US.

 

Color would work for me with a black interior.

 

I always thought the wagons with the exposed rear tires looked odd for these models. They must not have the easy to remove rear fenders the Sedans have.

 

Sold for $22,400. Seems like a pretty good price for the buyer.

Wow. what in the world? other than seeing it was also a 72, i didn't look at it much.

 

Seller is appropriately named "FantasyJunction". These sale prices on BAT are out there in Fantasy Land sometimes.

But a nice wagon nonetheless.

 

For some reason I always think of California when I see a crazy price like this. But like jim535 says, it is a nice wagon so there is that.
