Agreed. Kind of reminds me of the old mohair seat covers. But the interior color is tasty, and getting the seats done in a matching color would make it better.

Unfortunately some people think replacement of the original vinyl with velour (aka mouse fur) is an improvement.

I've seen those same cheap seat covers on a lot of stuff we've posted for sale here...... Some sellers have advertised them as 'original'.

Yuck. Mohair is nice on antique furniture, not in antique cars.

    I like it!
I am assuming that the original vinyl bit the dust at some point along the line and was the one blemish on an otherwise very nice original (assumption) car. The owner likely had them recovered at a local shop, back when the internet wasn't around to help folks find places like Legendary Auto interiors.
I do find it curious that there isn't a single under hood shot. :scratchchin:

Don’t know much about these, is the am/fm radio stock? Looks a little clunky in the dash. Knobs look ‘70’s Moparish too. But not familiar with those.

The radio is a Pioneer. Probably a late '60s\early '70s piece that looks close enough to be from the era but not close enough to match an early 1960s car. That aftermarket equalizier screams "mid-1970s" too.

Nice OrthmannJ. Looks a hundred times better with the correct radio.
