    A steering wheel that is 90° off to go straight is hardly what I'd consider "no issues." Personal pet peeve of mine.

    I was chuckling to myself that I've never seen a carbureted GM 4 banger from that era produce so much torque steer unless it had a lot of work done to it.
    Also the rust on the rad support tells me that you'd need to look it over closely for more corrosion.

    And the center "Cavalier" cap does not align to the wheel. IMO, which I got from my Dad who built ships, if the small stuff is not taken care of never assume that the big stuff somehow was. On the plus side, this little 4 banger is from GMs cast Iron Duke era and they were durable.
