    It's got a V-8. It says 8-cylinder in the ad, and the VIN confirms it.

    2 = Pontiac
    G = Luxury LeMans
    37 = two-door coupe
    M = 350 V-8, 2-bbl, single exhaust, 150 hp
    3 = 1973 model year
    Z = Fremont, California assembly plant

    Tha'ts odd, the VIN says its 350 Pontiac V8, the seller claims it has a 250 Chevy I6? Odd, but with no underhood pictures its impossible to tell what is powering it.

    It does have the optional gauge package with rally clock, and rear window defogger (blower style on the package tray)

    The ad is inconsistent. He says 6-cylinder in his text, but the info in the column on the right says 8 cylinders. Assuming he didn't make a mistake putting in the VIN, the car has a V-8 unless the engine has been changed.
