    Cars sure were curiously optioned in the 1970s.

    Maybe some were but it was nice to get exactly what you wanted instead of having to buy a package that includes options you don't want, won't use.

    Yeah. And no AC to boot he wanted to look bad ass on the cheap.

    But id does have a remote passenger side rear view mirror and AM/FM Stereo. It is rather oddly optioned. But the no A/C does not really surprise me being a Michigan car. It was still not that uncommon for older buyers to not want to spend several hundred Dollars on an option they figured they would only use 2 or 3 months a year.
