High option but the rust looks awful. Looks like a great parts car. https://www.ebay.com/itm/254618885260
Yes, tons of very bad rust on that car. I can't imagine the rattles it must make every time it goes over a bump. Parts car.
Come on guys, roll out the fresh di-noc over everything, and ya got a great 20 footer. I would think that interior is worth the current bid price. Growing up in the Bronx is even a hard knock life for a car. Thank God there’s probably not too many pot holes on the roads up there.
That isn't a terribly rusty car. Sure the quarters and dog legs need help but as long as the window channels are solid it's fixable. You can definitely beat the guy up over price if you want, but I've driven one that was worse and it was just fine as long as you keep the water out. The question becomes is the visible rust the tip of the iceberg or not. My car was clean underneath and factory original, no rust or rot. This car I'd be more suspecting of...
The areas around the rear wheels are bad, and the rockers don't look good either. I have seen much worse, though. I don't see much rust around this one's rear window channels in the pics, at least, so it has that much going for it.
I always get suspicious when I look at the bid history and it shows bidding like that. One determined buyer with 189 feedback, and two other bidders bidding against him with zero feedback. And both of those other bidders show a new account. Hmmm... But the buyer obviously had a number in mind that he would go to, so I hope he's happy with it.
