    Have said on these forums before that I am not a fan of the Vega. IMO they were nice looking but had major problems that cost several friends big headaches and money back in the day. However, just love this one. Combining that drive train with refrigerator white and dog dish caps is a complete hoot.

    That LT1 ought to give that wagon the right amount of naughty to get down the road properly!

    I actually Like 74-79 Vega & Astre's (and the 78-79 Monza & Sunbird Wagons) but I dont car for the LT engines. Changed way to many Optispark units in the early 2000's. It would be a nice car with a aluminum LS engine in place of the Cast Iron Block LT engine. $10,000 is a good price for a 74 & later Vega. I think the seller should have taken it. Early 71-73 cars car go for more $$$
