Not bad looking cars there. Especially the Imperial. Quite rare these days.

When I lived in Jax back in the 70's we were pretty poor meaning not much expendable income.

For excitement we'd sit outside and watch the car rust.:rofl2:

I've got a feeling that those 2-door Chrysler sport coupes (Cordoba; Mirada; Imperial etc.) are going to increase in value.

LOL, Like every other part of this town one side of the street is white trash, the other side is the country clubbers. Kind of Westside Storyish, if you will.

Those 273 CID V8's were popular sleepers, back in the day. Cheap for 2 wagons in that condition.

Yes they are. I am trying to piece together an original 273 setup for my Valiant. All I need is the correct carburetor for the year.

Don't know about "Westside Story", but definitly like "The Outsiders" with the "greasers" (Matt Dillon, Tom Cruise, Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe, Patrick Swayze, C. Thomas Howell, and Ralph Macchio as greasers) from the poor side of town, versus the soc's from the wealthy side of town. Lots of nice 50's and 60's cars in that movie by the way since the story takes place in a small midwestern town in about 1966 or 67.

Meanwhile, I like the Mirada in the ad. Always wanted one when I was in high school and college and the cars were brand new.
