Most of my adult life I have had station wagons while raising my boys. They have been grown for years now but I have still had my wagons. I had a 1985 Colony Park Wagon, 1991 Country Squire wagon and now a 1986 Country Squire Wagon. I have had it almost 3 years. I live in Florida and found this one in North Carolina. I rode up with a friend who has a house there and after I looked the car over decided to buy it. When we returned to Florida she followed me not knowing how it would do. We ran 75-80 all the way back. Not a minutes problem.
Well shoot, I posted a welcome last night, but it appears it didn't stick. Welcome aboard. It sounds like you have an affection for these long roofed automobiles that will undoubtedly fit in well here.
Linda , nice to see you back in a Longroof and it would be great to share some pics more of your 86 and other rides (with kids is fine ) from Downunder )
