Very nice, miss these giant cars that one can enter through the passenger side door and slide over into the drivers seat.

A no reserve auction, and the seller has only 5 reviews. I was thinking the reserve would be in the 15k range, if not higher. If this is legit it looks like quite an opportunity for someone on the West Coast.

Man that is nice. Liked the looks of that year, just never liked those hub caps much. I'd take that for $6200 (current bid). bet it gets above 10k easy.
Fun to fly out to Ca to buy, then drive back to the east coast.

I must be in a nit picking mood - the ratty air induction hose bothers me. This is a 1973 429 in a good color, great condition, etc. and they don't replace a hose. Know the seller say "runs and drives well" but I was taught if the little things are not taken care of you can be pretty sure the big ones haven't either. Hope I'm wrong, maybe the 429 size is hard to source or they just didn't get to it.

Obviously the 429 is the draw. That dark green metallic is also a great color on her as well. Wasn’t ‘73 a transition year to the 460? I would almost bet this was an earlier model car. Certainly not over equipped. But a very delightful looking car.

Wow. Could this be 12-15k territory? As equipped I wouldn’t have thought so, but general condition, story, and a 429 don’t hurt matters.

Certainly looks like one and the same.

    It cleaned up very nicely.
