Well, with the V8-6-4, it's technically 3 engines in one, isn't it? And THAT'S why it's only worth $1,500 - if that.
I had an uncle with an ‘81 Fleetwood with that set up. Seems like most people, even with dealer encouragement set the thing at 8 and disconnected the computer. Hard for one of those to lumber onto the expressway, or pass an 18 wheeler banging on all 4’s. Think that offering was a one year wonder. Looks pretty decent for its age and mileage. What can you get for $1,500. I hear a lot of older folks say 70 is the new 60 and 50 is the new 40. I guess $1,500 is the new $500 car.
