As they say, 'Different strokes for different folks....'

Still, when you individualize a vehicle like this, you jeopardize its market value - significantly. Even if this vehicle were stock-looking, owner is way off on value.

Note - no interior pictures in the add. Wonder if this was someone going to school for body work and this was their Final Project?

Agree 100%, owner does "different strokes......", is a hard sell, you are/will always be driving...."Hey, isn't that ____'s old car?" hard to personalize a custom paint job to make it your own.

I'm positive this one was listed a long time back but could not find the original posting. It is a paint job you don't forget.

It's scary the way some people think. If they had put an original paint job on it, they would have had a nice wagon and a much better chance of selling it. Where are the interior pictures? I wonder what horrible things they did to it. Geez!

I suppose my $2500 offer won't be enough....... that would be with 39 bottles of touch up paint and some brushes.

Yeah this wagon has been around for quite a while. It's for sale a short distance from my stomping grounds. I'd say its been on Craigslist for about four years now. I would tend to believe this might be a scam or a ignorant person or both! When something doesn't sell you don't nearly double up the price and expect some smoe to come along and buy it!....Longroofs Rule!

Oh! the seller mentioned the colors where from Honda. That's probably why there's no interior shots. It probably has some sort of Honda interior retrofitted into the wagon!??....Longroofs Rule!

Well I would say as a prelude, and in accord to what’s right, the seller should do his civic duty and show us the damn interior. Obviously this car hasn’t sold because through his own short sidedness he can only see through his narrow ridge line, and doesn’t understand that people are not interested in his “Honda-ed” up Buick. I totally agree with you wagoninsane. At least it doesn’t have a Vista roof grafted onto the top, in another 15 varieties of Honda paint.

Ok. So you people are obviously having a difficult time figuring out this seller. Don’t you understand that when he says different strokes that he’s talking about his painting technique on this fine happy hands at home project? It is clear that he went up, then down, then down, then up on the hood and sides, then the dotted/slotted racing stripe was left, then right, then right, then left. GET IT! Geeze come on. I totally understand why $17,000 is in line. That had to take 3 weekends to complete. His lines are very straight, so I would say he’s not a drinker, or at least a heavy one. He’s just high on something else with that price.
