Damn. Don't see these very often. Fairly low optioned. I wonder if it has the rear jump seat? But, man it looks to be in awesome condition. Was the Cleveland available in '76? I'm thinking this is a 351M.

Does look really nice, but the price is on the high side.

Unless it was swapped, it's an "M". A lot of people don't know the difference. Last year for the 351C (in the U.S.) was 1974.

Looks like it's in very good condition, but it's almost certainly overpriced for the level of options. My Villager was not quite in as good condition, but it was priced a whole lot lower. I don't think there's really much of a market for these. There aren't too many people who even know what these are.

    That's what I thought.

Definitely overpriced. It's about twice what I paid for my Villager which is better optioned, plus mine is 1 of 220 built with a 460. As hard to find as they are, the demand is just not out there for these Montego wagons.

The finish looks great, it looks as if they detailed it for the sale.

Yes, I am the proud new owner of this rare gem. It took a few tries to finally get it, though. I first saw it listed in January 2019 on a Saturday. I contacted the dealership the following Monday and it was already sold to another dealer who purchased it with the intention of keeping it as his personal car. About 6 weeks later, he changed his mind and listed it on CL. I contacted him and saw the car the next day. The following day, he said it was sold, but the buyer is waiting for transportation arrangements. About a week later, the deal fell through and it was back on the market. I was able to finally purchase it.

Is this the same car referenced at the beginning of the thread? Do you still have the pics from the 2017 listing?
