1972 El Camino off the frame restoration my dad and I are currently building. I agree, it is nice to see other cars besides a Camaro and 55 Chevy being restored..Again, awesome work Mike. image.jpeg

Thank you for your amazing attitude. I agree 100 % and i walk past cars at car shows that most people flock around. I as well prefer to look at cars that are not BIG BUCK and more the every day car of the past. Four doors are no longer just parts cars for rotted out two doors. In 1984 i bought a 1957 Chev Bel Air four door hardtop and did a complete proper body off resto from 1990 to 1992, sold the car in 2007. I remember then people asking me why i did this to a four door and not a two door. Every time i was asked i tried to keep my blood pressure from boiling over. In 1996 i bought a 57 Pontiac four door and did a resto from 1997 to 1998, i still own this car today. I find that now people are not asking that same stupid question. Now folks are enjoying the car for what it is............ a beautiful car and not a set of doors. Keep up your great attitude. Cheers. George

Woodywagonman, you should move this over to the projects section. I just happened to stumble upon it here.
I like the look of what has been done so far. I'd definitely be interested in an update as well.

The 454 that is going in the sedan. Took a while and some $ to get the engine prepared.
