    Hi everyone,
    New to the board.
Sorry for bumping an old thread but I am having the same sagging issue. Is there a copy of those docs online that I may access or would someone be willing to mail me a copy?

    Thank you

    Jake

I wondered that very same thing. Hopefully someone might be able to help. I have a eBay seller that has some wagons in yards he visits that will look for a lower hinge, work out or not. I figure if I can look at off the car I might be able to come up with a repair plan. My wagon is my daily driver so I cannot take the tailgate off and leave it off. Luckily I only drive her about 8 miles a day to and from work so she should last a long time. :)

The magic tailgate uses a comprehensive hinge set, so it all has to be replaced as one unit. But, you might be able to shim the lower part of the hinge from the body of the tailgate to raise it up. I never got to that point because I didn't know shims existed for these purposes.
