Where are all the negative posts complaining about lack of options? This isn't optioned much if any better than a couple of other similar vintage full size Pontiacs that have been panned here.
Is this the same car? http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/threads/1978-pontiac-grand-safari.43440/
Car did sell the last time it was on eBay Ended: Dec 04, 2017 , 8:35PM Winning bid: US $10,401.00 [ 37 bids ] $11,250 I think is a push. has to be some maint issues - with no miles to speak of after 40 years some components just die form old age
It's a nice car, don't want to hate on it, but it's a low-option car with the weak motor, and agree the color is a love-or-hate. I congradulate the seller on the sale...that was more than I would have paid by quite a bit, and I love these cars.
Nice Looking and reasonably Priced IMO, but other than the Gauges, Factory A/C & AM/FM Radio it is pretty Basically equipped. To bad it doesn't fit my Wife's Minimum requirements, No Woodgrain ( so no Grand Safari anyway) no blue or green paint or interior, A/C & Power Windows. No mention of what engine it has so I assume its a 301 Pontiac powering it.
Down to $10,300 on craigslist. https://providence.craigslist.org/cto/d/1978-pontiac-grand-safari/6718413865.html
