    There was an article in Super Chevy about 1963 Corvette that makes 2400 HP, it is street legal and runs on pump gas. 0-60 in 1 second :)

    But wagon with 1700+HP power. That's very cool.

    Pretty much. If you floor Bugatti Veyron's accelerator pedal and keep going at max speed the full tank of gas will last you for 11 minutes of driving. So with 2400 HP you can't expect more than few minutes of driving with such powerful acceleration.

    Probably idles at 10 gallons/minute.

    I guess that is what you can call "peppy".:slap:

    a 9 sec 1/4 mile seems a lil conservative for that kinda hp. that has to be with street tires.
