Hi I'm Norm, Not to be confused with Stormin Normin. After 7 posts, I guess I should introduce myself I'm here in NY state, about 70 miles north of NYC. I don't currently own a wagon, but I am looking for a Mopar flavored one. Satillite, Coronet, etc. I have seen a few that look interesting on a different forum, and have replied, pm'd and e-mailed them, and I get no response. So I'll continue to look. Here's a pictures of one of the cars I do own now.
You obviously haven't asked the right folks. Just ask a Ford guy...he'll respond. Remember: F***ing Old Rebuilt Dodge That-a-way you can have your MOPAR. Of course I have a Mercury. No funny acronym for Mercury though.
Does Maine count? I counted over 200 hits, a few secs ago. Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler and 9 with just Mopar. http://www.unclehenrys.com/ Find Our fRiend's Door-hauler!
Good ones in the Northern states are gonna be hard to find. With that trailer of yours, you could take a ride down to Arizona and get a really fine Project wagon: Check all 4 sites on this page: http://www.dvap.com/ Especially these two: http://www.azclassics.com/ http://www.arizonaclassiccarparts.com/ Just the rust repairs would cost you more than the trip.
Forgot the best one! http://www.dvautoparts.com/ I counted a bunch of Plymouth wagons. Didn't check Dodge or Chrysler or Desoto.
Was this yours? http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/...pp_0709_1968_sport_satellite_wagon/index.html Some Wagon taillights and parts for it: http://www.collectorcarsforsale.com/parts/plymouth-satellite-classic-car-parts-for-sale.html Don't know how far back you wanna go, but...: http://www.cars-on-line.com/plymouth.html I see what ya mean. They're tough to find. Here's my Search on BING (no Ebay ads - jejeje) http://www.bing.com/search?q=Plymouth+Satellite+Wagon&filt=all&first=41&FORM=PERE3
I thought Aussie Ford Fairmonts were awesome! You gotta check out what they call Valiants! Especially that last pic of a stock option engine! http://www.nzmoparregistry.com/default.aspx?Page=195 Here's their Satellites (I like the 1971 frontend best): http://www.nzmoparregistry.com/default.aspx?Page=140
