What's this for a car? Almost looks like a copy of a '66 Coronet. The license plates look neither American nor European, in the following video showing the car:

You can't tell much, due to the precipitation coming down, but perhaps, Puerto Rico or another Carribean country?

Puerto Rico, as well as the rest of Latin America, uses American-sized license plates. The ones there look oddly small. The car shows up better, in later frames, during instances of less precipitation. It has what looks to be rear vent windows

I have an early Dyke's Motor Manual that has complete instructions how to make a tow truck like that. It also tells how to make a radiator shop, and how to lay out your mechanic's shop. It's full of basic mechanical technology and how things work. It was my "go to book" when I was in school and had to repair my 51 Ford.

Ed Dugan's steam engine fell through a bridge in Lotts Creek Township - Ringgold County, Iowa, 1923.

It looks like Ed learned a little something about bridges
