Finally got another Wagon

Hi and thanks for letting me join.
I just picked up my 1st wagon in over 30yrs and its awesome. Its a 63 Biscayne.
My 1st one was a 77 Volare back in 82

 

Welcome aboard! Great looking wagon you have there. What are your plans for it?

 

Thanks, I'm looking to add A/C and most likely some wheels. She's already restored mechanically other than that. . I will have to replace or or rebuild the window track in the tailgate. But I just plan to drive the heck out of her.

Jeez ivy, you sound like one of the locals at the old bar i used to frequent. It was a great place but the only patrons were the same crabby old men because every time a women walked in they acted like they hadn’t seen a female in 20 years. Out poured the bad pick up lines and tacky remarks. If you run Fannie off who will be there to greet all these nice new comers?! Nice ride moon doggie! What kinda wheels are you thinking? That's why you hardly see women in bars, over here. Not because they get immediate cat-calls and wolf-whistling. But, these male bar patrons each think that they're the king of the bar. It's their way of compensating for being closetted house dogs. In the north of Germany it isn't that bad. They're more civilized, up there. If you really want bar culture, then Belgium, parts of the Netherlands, Denmark and Britain are the places to go.
It's not what Fannie says which is an attention getter. But, how she says it
