https://www.copart.com/lot/34073608 Has anyone here ever bid at a Copart Auction, and what is involved to bid
There are some biddding instructions on down the page. How do they figure that thing is worth 14,000$?! These things aren’t that uncommon are they? My brother was going to buy one a few years back. The deal breaker was the “upgraded” peacock skin seats.
I don't know some of them are selling for big money. http://wagoneerworld.com/inventory.php http://wagoneerworld.com/view_details.php?id=460 $59,000.00 http://wagoneerworld.com/view_details.php?id=444 $79,000.00 https://wagonmaster.com/collections/vehicles https://wagonmaster.com/collections...iginal-time-capsule-jeep-wagoneer-4x4-yl-1934 $58,000.00
Most of the cars are but some aren't. https://www.copart.com/saleListResu..."watchListOnly":false,"freeFormSearch":false}
$14k was just the 'Estimated Retail Value' ....... Means NOTHING. Copart does their auctions electronically, on-line. You get registered, then post up details like your MAXIMUM bid amount, and in what bid increments you want to increase. When you place your first bid, the computer will tell you if you've already been outbid. Start out with a LOW 'maximum'. you can always increase it. System will tell you when the actual auction is actually run...... I'd guess this one might go for something in the $2-3,000 range, mostly because of that front sheet metal group, which is highly sought-after. MIGHT go higher.
So, this is purely an auction tailored for Bots. Who in their right mind would want to filter out foolish Human bidding where hefty profits are possible?
