Wagons in vintage Street scenes

I'm guessing this was a temporary solution to a levee bank erosion problem.....

 

Maybe, it was some "artwork" performed by some eccentric rich guy who frequented African safaris?

 

Don't show this to any of your Kale eating, socks and Berkinstocks friends. What was once considered a responsible solution to stopping erosion would now be called an ecological disaster.

Well, most of the crude oil in the world is in pockets under the sea floor and it comes out through fissures whenever it sees fit soooo....
Yeah, I guess that's plausible.

I've talked about this particular wagon before here on the forum. This appears to be a 'publicity still, judging by the posed people and horse behind it, but something's wrong with the wagon itself. On the unseen RIGHT side, there doesn't appear to be any center pillar between the right side door windows - as if the right side was hardtop-style. Also looks like the pillar to the rear of the right rear door has a somewhat different apeparance, judging by what it looks like from the inside. Here's another image of the same wagon:


This is a mystery on the wagon. I can't find any material on the internet about it at all.
