For all the options it has, it has an AM-only radio, no cornering lights, no power seats, and no rear window defogger. But it has pretty much everything else, and it's probably the nicest '73 on the planet. But $28K? You would have to find someone who wants one of these at any cost, and I don't think such a person exists.

You would also have to really like red.

I beg your pardon. Well, okay. Red would pass better to a cloth or sporty interior. If available, I would have ordered mine with brushed aluminum doorpanel trim, instead of the woodlike stickers.
The worst thing about the red exterior is the imitation woodgrain. In any case, Olds should have at least offered lighter-colored sticker.
That's a museum price, probably motivated for keeping the vehicle out of the hands of reckless potential new owners which is okay. It's in too good a shape for using it as a daily driver

Nice wagon. Does appear to have some wood grain replaced on the passenger quarter and possibly the tailgate. Definitely worth inspecting as I’ve seen how a nice engine detail can mask a lot of wear.

For that asking price, he should have renewed the entire stickery. Maybe, he's hoping that someone won't notice?

If it's that same wagon from before, and it sure looks like it, at least someone fixed the upside-down left taillight.

Belonged to Hullinger, after he had his (non-wood) Mercury Marquis wagon (blue) .....

Not sure it is the same. If so, the exhaust has been reworked - not exiting to the driver side rear quarter, but incorrectly under the passenger side.

If the exhaust isn't exitting from both sides, as far as I'm concerned, it's incorrect
