    That's a lot of Chevy's for a FORD dealership.

All three are Bel-Air hardtops, two being identicle. I wonder what that was all about. Let this be today's riddle

This looks like Victoria BC with the Parliament building in the background.

Correct, along with a 55 four door. I wonder if they were fleet cars? But a 57 Bel Air four door hardtop would be a pretty fancy fleet car.

The '55 might just be a 3 year old trade-in for a roomier wagon, accomodating a growing family. Just having fun at guessing

    That's true.
It's one of the many things I enjoy about this thread. Trying to figure out what is going on in the photos that are posted.

It crossed my mind that he had something to do with the Fords demise...

Yeppers. The Butchart Gardens billboard is the dead giveaway. On my bucket list is high tea (and I'm not talking the green, mind you) at the Empress Hotel.

We were there for a very brief visit last fall, on a return trip from Alaska. The Empress Hotel is very impressive.

I think you may be right, fleet vehicles. I'm not seeing enough of the detail in cars to determine that they are actually BelAirs or the 210 Sport Sedans. (Front fender gold scallops/ long fin chrome) If they are the later I would lean toward fleet vehicles. I'm guessing that this pic was from 1958 so maybe Ford gave a better trade in deal that year and this not a Chevy vs. Ford issue.
