Wow what a epic adventure for you and your family (so jealous) that looks like a once in a lifetime experience. Great pictures also! I would love to take a similar trip on route 66. I'll be looking for the show on TV.... Longtoofs Rule!

Only three days until Episode 1 of Sticker Shock is Airing! Monday, April 30th at 10:00 PM eastern time.

Still no idea when I will be on. They said I was supposed to be on episode 3, which airs Wed. May 9th, but they have been switching cars around on episode 1 and 2, so no guarantees.

I'm looking forward to seeing this show when it airs.
From the info I have seen and the review by the fellow with the Beatle it sounds like the premise of the show may have altered a bit from it's original concept. I'll be watching it just the same though, I want to give it a chance and I want to see zzzizxz's wagon on TV.

I actually got the email address of the producer and sent him a note. I haven't heard back from him though.

Is anyone watching, did that women say "I dont like all that cock in there" when looking at that car. My wife was like what did she say, maybe it was her accent and she said caulk but man it sounded wrong. So far im not digging the show concept.

I guess that depends on where you're from. I've always said, and heard people say "caulk" so it sounds like "cock".

Both my wife and I were a little disappointed when they changed the show from "Garage Gold" to "Sticker Shock", but I'm still enjoying watching.
Of course, that might be because I keep seeing myself and car on TV!!

I think more of the owners story would go a long way. I will keep watching it every week, I do like the assortment of vehicles though.

Yeah, originally it was more about the story, but I guess they wanted more excitement.

So, it's not going to be called 'Sticker Shock' anymore?
