It was a different era. It does look very low-optioned. All I see is A/C. I don't see cruise, tilt wheel, rear defogger, trip odometer, power locks, just a base AM radio, not even a clock. Not a bad looking car, though. I always liked the four-door hardtop body style. It's a four-holer Buick, and that's all ya gotta know!
My Father didn't order a car with Power Windows until after I moved out of the house, around 1978. He always considered his Kids to be a Voice activated remote control system. Analog for sure, but he was more ahead of his time than I ever imangined! If he had ordered the car it probably would not have A/C either, that's what the kids rolling up and down the windows controlled. He would have had a AM/FM Stereo, and a remote trunk release, and a rear window defogger or deicer depending on what was available. Nice looking car, but I bet a Engine and or Transmission rebuild is on the Horizon at 130,000 miles.
First car my folks had with power windows was their 1990 Thunderbird - and that was only because they were standard. It was also the last car they ever bought. It's still over in Carson City, being used by an extended family member, last I heard.
He probably figured that if the kids were to shut the windows on their own fingers, they couldn't blame their parents for pulling such pranks on them using factory options
It has the optional cigarette lighters in the bench, so it has a few options. But it definitely does not have many.
