That looks like the 'down sized" fox-bodied ('82 - '86). Am I off a yr?
    Thanks,

Just bought my wife a 1990 Colony Park. Runs like a top, just playing catch-up on all the old parts, electric windows, bearings and who knows next week.

A down sized fox body? Like, Mustangs and Thunderbirds?

Your wife into station wagons?! Mine only tolerates them and i think she’s cool for that. She still not allowed to drive It because she said it scares her because it’s so big

Your new 62 year old Chrysler should appear to her to be even more monstrous. Where's ModelT1? Has he bugged out, fearing Sunday morning's mission? Time to go over to his property with a few cans of tear gas, in order to flush him out, maybe. I'll bet, he's got a Vietcong-styled tunnel network that he hasn't told us about yet

Haha! I offered to pick him up on my way To Michigan some time last year to which he strongly declined. I think the only trips he’s takIng anymore are to chemo treatments. My brother just backed out too so I’ll be going it alone. Unless you fly in from Germany

That would be an honor. But, when, then on a barge with my wagon in a container. By then, it'll be too late. But, not too late to break out my bunker gas to flush out the old tunnel rat. Once out, we'll feed him his well-deserved chicken pie:

I tried to buy her a newer Taurus to replace her minivan, she found a nice 1990 Colony Park on Craigslist for more than a few thousand less. It's a lot of fun in the snow and she still hasn't driven it more than a free miles.

Grizz - my wife refers to the Colony Park as "the hunk of junk" and thinks it's an eyesore to the neighborhood. Offered to park in the back yard - but she pointed out that its against the covenants of the neighborhood.
the CP will NOT fit in the garage, unless I get rid of snowblower, table saw, mitre saw, and 3 cabinets, then the Audi could stay outside
But then my wife and I would have to trade sides of the garage ~ I'm not going there - married 41 years , know better

If you are going after the Chrysler this weekend - good luck, drive safe

It won't be so safe, now that ModelT1 won't play the back seat mother-in-law role of keeping law in order during the trip. Unless, of course, Grizz is able to flush him out
Or bring those items into the house somewhere like in the living room or even bedroom. Using that for bargaining leverage might get her to settle for leaving the AUDI outdoors. AUDIs are either galvanized or are manufactured using mostly aluminum panels, on the newer ones, anyway. So, salt damage can get ruled out of an argument
That's her opinion and not necessarily that of the neighbors, unless she's trying to impress any snob neighbors. I'd go out and get a matress, to lay in the back of it. If the rear seat doesen't fold down, remove it, to fit the matress. When she sees that, she'll figure that you'll bunk in there. A threat like that could also get you leverage
