    Bill of sale only? Easily transferrable to any state? Don't get where people think you can get it legal anywhere, in any state with a bill of sale. NO TITLE you won't get it in PA period. If he can go to the DMV in Georgia and get a Title in his name sure. But bill of sale doesn't work for us

    If he doesn't have a title, then he won't be able to get one in the state of Georgia. Probably just like PA, if you don't have a title to begin with, you're never gonna get one. $5500 is crazy money for a car with no title.
