Ok think I figured out the problem. I have been replying to the emails generated by your posts. I thought it was sending it directly to you. Ok, 1970 Torino 351 with an assumed AFX trans. 98k on the clock, runs drives. Recently took it on the dragons tail in Gatlinburg, TN. After the first car show this summer I opened the tailgate and the welds on the hinges broke free. I am currently trying to fix it or replace it. I'm in Wisconsin, SE around Burlington if you know the area. I'm looking for best offer as it's hard to price these. They aren't falling off trees but not too many searching for them. I promise I'm not looking for a fortune. Picture below.

Yeah, It is confusing to follow the public posts versus the non-public posts. Let me look closely at these. Is it missing s panel between the driver side rear wheel and back door frame or is that a shadow? Magic tail gate? Floor pans and cowl area?

Yes it is missing the dog leg in front of the drivers rear tire. I cut it out to try and recreate it. Yes it has the magic tailgate which still works but is stripped from the gate for the repairs. Floor pans and cowl are solid but the top of the toque boxes are rotted. There is enough structure to not cause problems but that was my problem. I didn't want to cut floor pans, that are not rotted, to replace the toque boxes. I was going to clean up what is there shot it with DP90 and call it a day. I replaced to top section to the driver rear quarter about 2 years ago.

The car looks like it had a restoration done on it probably in the 90's.
