Proof you could build a true hardtop coupe with 3-point seat belts. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1974-Chevro...ca-/252688831627?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368
That is a Looker, I only remember seeing a few of these back in the day, many more Nova's & Vega's. Very Few Impala's Price for what it is isn't bad.
Everyone was jumping on the Bicentennial Bandwagon a couple years early. Railroads had Bicentennial locos and cabooses (cabeese?) painted as far back as '73, which is why I got a Tyco "Spirit of '76" train set for Christmas '73. As a kid, I so paid attention to all that stuff, and was so bummed when the American Freedom Train came to little ol' Everett, but the school district refused to let the schools out so the students could go see the exhibition.

Its a nice car, but I can not see paying more than $10,000 for it myself. His BIN price came down about 1/2 way to reality. Its location also hurts its sale price. Not a big local population, and out of the way for transporting it.
