    2 door is mint with 31,000 miles. He's not going to derby it. And $1,000 is materials and me doing all the work

    Really glad to see another Clamshell saved. When I was in high school in New Jersey in the late 80s-early 90s, there was a hot rod shop up the road that sought out clamshells just for the 400-455 engines most had. They were still around then and could be bought dirt-cheap, and I saw many Olds, Pontiac, and Buick clammys in decent shape get junked after motor/trans was pulled. To be fair, at the time I didn't appreciate them like I do now... You live and learn!
