What is going on around the gas filler door?

Three photos, only one of which is of the exterior, and it's a crappy one. Price is off by a factor of three at least.

 

How can you tell? All I can see is that it doesn't have a luggage rack nor power windows nor cornering lights. We do know that it does not have a third seat as well.

We know nothing about yes or no on power tailgate, rear defogger, cruise, tilt, radio, even A/C.

 

"We" see it has crank windows and no third seat and a bunch of other things not checked off the option list. So "we" think the rest of those options, even if they are there, would not make it a "heavily optioned" car.

 

This car is ROCK HARD solid. I wanted it but don't have that kind of cash. VERY close to me.And 1 thing I can tell you it has a PERFECT and I mean PERFECT rear window seal! Not seen one THAT GOOD for a LONG time.

Gas door it probably accumulated guk from sitting and being oiled. This car is basically RUST FREE!
