It has AC, there's just no belt on the compressor as usual.

No AC according to interior HVAC controls.

I agree. Maybe someone was hopeful to upgrade and installed the compressor? There is more to the system than just that. No underhood pics to confirm.
350 2 barrel is a deal breaker. The hitch and trailer brake mean even more wear and tear.

Required opening bid is clearly too high for this at-best fair condition Pontiac.

It had aftermarket A/C at one time, That is not a trailer brake controller under the dash its the controls for the A/C system. It also has the A/C center vents in the dash. My 78 Catalina also has a system that uses the stock A/C vents, and no underdash unit. I bet this car had a system like that. I agree that its starting price is a bit optimistic.

Hey this is a local car for me! I agree - he should have opened the bidding around 1200.00 or so. He scared too many people off. But here something to think about guys......my dad had the Buick equivalent of this car (which I loved) but by 1989 or so in Pennsylvania it was ready for a Viking Funeral - it was rotted that bad. We make it look easy finding these cars on this board, but in reality it's not. Heck, even down here, this is kind of an unusual car. The rot free body would be the clincher for me. I could give a rat's ass about what the interior looks like, I just would rather not fix rot if I don't have to. I think if it ran good, 20o0-2500 would be a fair price. I could make a killer ride out of this and I'm not normally a GM guy.

Minimum price lowered to $1948. Needs to drop some more.

Some times rarity can be a nightmare for finding parts. Not caring about interior or especially trim in or out can come back to haunt you. Especially true of these old wagons. Nobody makes parts for them. I needed a bumper for my 3-way tailgate 69 chevelle wagon. Non existent. Starting to collect old T&C's so I can make one nice one!

True, Eddie....but with a hooptie like this that chances are I wouldn't do a concours resto on it, I'd just throw a Mexican blanket over the seat and drive away.

It this doesn't sell on ebay, I may give this guy a courtesy call......
