I've always said the best way to take interior pictures is to take them through a closed window so the audience can see the reflection of your house in the window instead of the interior itself.

 

Looks to have steering column tilt and rear window defogger at least, and it doesn't look like it was raining when the photos were taken so he can't say that's why he took "exterior interior" photos.

It would help the seller if he posts some interior interior photos, if the car's in better shape than he's been showing so far. Neither of the side window channels look mint, the fellow could be new to selling cars and blind to that.
