    Hello,
I am surprised that it took me 10 years to find this site, I hope I will fit in?
I have a 1960 Plymouth Suburban that I bought an NOS rear window screen for. I know thay were available for many wagons in the late 50s and 60s. Unfortunately, although it was sold as being correct for my wagon it is 2" too narrow.
I totally lucked out and found another NOS one that is correct so I would like to find the application for this other one.
I am looking for the measurement accross that width of ANY make/models from the late 50s-early 60s.
Thanks for your time and any help.
Here's a couple pictures. ! of my Suburban and the other of the correct screen in place DSCN2887.JPG Picture 951.jpg . One is the correct one and is approx. 2" wider than the one I would like to sell.
Hope this all makes sence and
    HAVE A GREAT DAY!
    Karl.

Might be better if you measure your incorrect screen and provide it to your prospective buyers. Then they can measure their wagons and decide if it would fit.

Nixon in '60? It's not gonna be his head in a glass jar, is it?:disagree: That is a really striking color on your wagon, and good-looking to boot!

    Helo again,
The approx width[with-in 1/8"] is 45 3/4". The height isn't really relavant but it is between 13" and 14".
I'm guessing these things have to be a really rare option? Unlike P.B.s, P. W.s, a roof rack, special mirrors, antumatic transmissions, ect, this item is not mounted to the car and has to be removed and installed everytime it rains and all. Plus they don't appear to be annodized so I am sure they will corrode quickly if not maintained. Installed, they are very strong but loose, they probably got beat up quickly. So I think someone would be extreamly hard pressed to find a used one?
Oh well, thanks again for any help,
    Karl.

    Futurama, EH?
Knowing what we now know about Nixon, I think he would fit right in in this election circus.
The color is actually fairly close to original except we put some pearl gold in the white. There aren't a lot of these wagon left but any pictures I have seen, this color seems to work the best[in my opinion].
    Later,
    Karl.
