Not a bad car, but the price is a little steep for one which so badly needs a paint job and which has rust/body issues. This is the era where full-size cars just screamed for whitewall tires, and this is a perfect example.

 

I was thinking this looks familiar, yep, it was on Craigslist by me. Now it is not listed anymore. The add says car is in Michigan, why advertise in Los Angeles ?

 

Seller states he is willing to help make shipping arrangements. So he's probably advertising in other areas of the country, would be my guess.

 

Another CL bonehead that puts his car or truck in a CL 1200 miles from where the damn car is.

 

He's got the same car listed on the Detroit craigslist, but his asking price is $7,650 in that ad versus $6,500 in his Los Angeles ad.

Yep, he just listed it again on Detroit craigslist. The difference in price is called the "Motor City Markup" Aren't we lucky!

 

I only look at ads in my area. These are the kind that cause me to say nasty things.Dang nabit.

 

It's usually the other way around - sell a car IN Los Angeles TO a buyer in Michigan!
