This car has been for sale for a while. The problem is, in part, due to the seller's ad. The ad says, "IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL OR TEXT AND ASK FOR KEN." Well, Ken, guess what. You have to include your phone number in order for that to happen. I have emailed the guy two or three times, but never got a response.

Seeing you're out of state, maybe he's scared of anything but a local sale?? Want me to send a message, and see if I get a response? Although, my guess is he forgot to put his phone number in the ad, and doesn't check his Email.

When I had the Chero up for sale, I made sure to list that it was local sale only, cash on the barrel.

3900 seems a bit high for the condition. If you compare it to the '73 on this thread that just went for $5000 . I'm thinking more like $2000...!?

Checking my '74 brochure, I find there was both a Squire Luxury Group and a Squire Brougham Option for the Country Squire that year. I'd guess the Squire Luxury Group became the Landau Luxury Group for '75, although the Deluxe Cargo Area was no longer included. The seats on this one did look like the ones pictured for the Squire Luxury Group, but I'd say you'd need a look at the interior door trim panels to be sure. The CL listing is gone, so I suppose it's moot now.

Thanks for the offer, n2fordmuscle. However, there's no way he would have known where I was from. I simply sent an email telling him that he had not included his phone number and I would like to talk to him about it.

My bad. I clicked on the link at the beginning of this thread and got "page not found". It must have been re-posted since then. The ad is indeed still active.
