Does anyone know how to specifically figure offsets for wheels. I found a set of 10 inch wheels with a 0 offset. 5 to the back, and 5 to the front. I have 17 inches from rear quarter lip to frame rail. I measured from face of brake drum out to quarter and it's 7 3/4 inches and the frame to the front side of the drum is 9 1/2. By my measurements these 17 inch rims will fit. Anyone else follow my theory?

I think it was Joe Padavano who posted a picture of wheel offsets. I saved it for reference.

That's how I figured it. I think they will fit in there and have around 2 inches of clearance on both sides. Should look sick with all that tire tucked up in there

Another option is to compare your existing wheel and backspacing to the new (proposed) wheel and backspacing. Check out this calculator. Just plug in the numbers, and it will compare the two. However, you'll need to know the offset, instead of the backspacing. It's another way of measuring the same thing.

My figures where dead on accurate. I have about 1 3/4 inch on both side of the wheel between the frame and wheel well lip. I honestly think I could have went with 12's instead of these 10's but these fill up the wheel well nicely. Very happy with the out come
