Wheel and wheel cover choices could be had with nearly any Fury option package. Blackwalls would be unusual, but not unheard of, as the four-door version was a favorite of police departments of the time. It is odd to see this particular combo, though. My guess is that the car had either the full wheelcovers, or perhaps a set of the 15" Road Wheels originally. I can not tell from the pics if this has original 15" wheels or later slotted cop wheels. The hubcap is right for the time.

I am sure you could get them that way, but the ad states "have the original Hub Caps" so I am assuming it had full caps when new. Seller is a lot like me, if the car does not have styled wheels, I prefer the dog dish look over full hub caps.

The "cop wheels" have been big in Mopar circles for several years. It's a good look.

It's a good look, but not a great look. If I had it, it would have the 'wire wheel' wheel covers like my '76 Cordoba did. I just can't see such a pedestrian look on a two-door, but that's just my :2cents:.

Yup diffent strokes, I personally don't like the wire hub cap or even true wire wheel look. Mostly after owning a 68 MGB that had optional true wire knock offs on it. What a pain to keep looking good, I could not believe how heavy they were, and I was amazed at the handling improvement when I put on a later set of aluminum wheels.

But that's just me. If you are happy with the wire well look, good for you!

Actually, I do have the factory Chrysler wire wheel covers for this car in my stash of stuff.
