If this car really has only 15,000 miles on it, I'm impressed. Very nice condition, but the color is not one of my favorites. He's going to have to go some to get anywhere near $25,000 for it, low mileage or not.
I concur. I've never seen a Fairlane wagon go for anywhere near that amount. Also, how is it rare? Ford built quite a few of these, especially with the 289 2bbl and automatic. It is a very nice example...
Beautiful and all original. Magnificent car, but way above the market value. I would sure love it, though.
Looks like a beautiful wagon, although some decent pics would be nice, especially at that asking price. I'd love to see some interior and engine shots. This is one that's near the top of my want list. I've always loved 66-67 Fairlanes. And a Squire wagon to boot. Regardless of how nice and clean it is, I expect that one will be on the market for a long time, at that asking price.
I suspect it needs a thorough going thru . . . translated $2000.00 . . . Most would be willing to pay a small premium for a nice clean original car say 10k to 12k. At this price, it will still be for sale when gas hits $5/gal.
Like most trends, there are those who will jack the price and wait for a sucker as they try to cash in. Wagons are hot so the seller probably feels they can wait.
