Somewhere around here I have pictures of snow on the ground in Jacksonville and Tallahassee FL.
I think it was the '80s.
Back when they still made station wagons.
I remember driving my Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme from Jax to Tally and shivering the whole way.
It's a lot warmer in Florida now, we've had above average temperatures for months.
The only snow I've seen is in straight lines on mirrors in old Miami Vice reruns.
    :tiphat:
And you REALLY want to move to the frozen north???
    :rofl2:

It's warm in Illinoizz now. It's next winter I don't look forward to.
Son is even finally hooking up the AC lines on the 55 Chevy wagon and getting it ready for cool cruisin in central Illinois.

We have an in-law suite in our house, our daughter lives in it, Tedy can relate to this. She and I have been refreshing the dining nook, hall and livingroon, they're all joined.
It never ceases to amaze me how many holes walls can take without caving in, it took me the better part of an afternoon filling them. However I got the holes filled and the ceiling in all three areas painted on the first day(Friday). Yesterday(Saturday) I wet sanded the holes and got the first coat of paint the walls. We are changing the color so it will need a second coat today...got to go. :p

Fannie our son gave us some peal-n-stick wall hangers to try. That's what he uses for pictures. I guess they just stick to the wall, no holes. Haven't used any yet. You might try those before the walls cave in.

Think this would fit in my wagon?
It's down at the local speed shop, but he wants a good price for it. ;)

OK, I got it........I'll let others try to answer. After it's guessed, let us know what it's going in to.

Glen at Salem Speed shop has one in his machine shop still in the wood cradle. He picked it up back in the 60's with the thought of building a streamline. He's willing to show you if you show up at the door!

Today, he has turned many people away offering to pay wads of cash... and no, I doubt it would fit my wagon.
but... it seems smaller than I expected it would in real life.
