He is dreaming with those prices. Both cars look nice, but not anywhere near there. I would have said nearer the $5,000 mark at the very top end. They are old, but not yet into collectable age.

I'll admit, they both look very nice in the photos. But also agree prices for most wagons are getting way above what they are worth. Anyone paying these prices better hope everything is in good shape and they plan on keeping it for a long while.

I've seen this dealer advertise old wagons before. Somebody there must have a 'thing' for them..... We all know about that.

Don't miss the Buick he has, too.

He has had the Colony Park for sale for at least 2 and half years that I know of. I remember seeing this back in 2012 (same dealer) when I bought my 85 CP. He must really be on some good drugs to think this car is worth 8 grand. The dashboard is cracked. The carpet looks very dirty, and the steering wheel needs to be re-dyed. The wood has imperfections and in the one photo it even appears that there may be rust lurking in the usual place behind the rear wheel. It probably has been driven very little since this dealer has had it which likely means it will also need some mechanical attention. I wouldn't want to put up more than 3 grand. In my opinion the car is in average condition, but marked at a showroom floor condition price. It doesn't even really appear that the car has had a proper detailing. I wouldn't trust these people.
