Yeah, it's just a stupid buzz word(s) everybody uses. Like patina, survivor, etc.

I have three old cars in what farmers call a utility shed. When I sell them can I call them barn finds? Or should I be honest and say they are in a shed house?

Today I can see the ads so far. This wagon makes me homesick for my 1980 Malibu 2-door. I don't know what kind of farm critters lived in that barn. But they did take good care of the wagon.
When I had my 80 Malibu we parked in a barn yard and picked cherries up in Wisconsin. Came back with our cherries and daughter said "look a cow wash" Cows were licking our Malibu. Apparently this one that has never seen snow was at the cow wash!
I've also heard that the acid on a cow's tongue ruins paint.
I do know they raise a few head of cattle in New York.
