Yes Jaunty it is the spare tire well... and Kevin, if you look at the last picture in the first group of 5 additional pics that I posted, its the last one, around the interior of the rear passenger side window, if you blow it up you can see there is some surface rust on the window trim and it appears as though there is rust below or around the window... all mute points because I called to make an offer after work and he sold it earlier today : (

I really do hope this wagon went to a good home...
